About Ichigo Patent Office
Ichigo Patent Office was established in Yokohama, Japan in January 2013, and opened a branch office in Miyazaki in April 2014. Each office is offering a wide variety of services relating to intellectual property to clients in various industries, according to its regional characteristics.
All of our patent attorneys used to be examiners of the Japan Patent Office. They also have practical experience in the creation and utilization of intellectual property rights in corporations and patent offices. That is why we can offer services based on excellent knowhow and profound technical knowledge relating to intellectual property practices in Japan to our clients and partners both in Japan and overseas.
Our office name “Ichigo” comes from a saying of the Japanese tea ceremony “Ichigo-Ichie”. It symbolizes our attitude toward services, in which we are expected to cherish relationships with every person we encounter and to act in good faith in every situation. We will continue efforts to provide the best services at all times, in accordance with the spirit of “Ichigo-Ichie”.
